The bottom screening cover is missing on my Philips 753A radio. I would be grateful if anyone could show me a picture of the bottom cover so that I can make a replacement.

I think its kind a cardboord with holes
And aluminium look

Hi Steve,

Although the dimensions shouldn't be a great surprise to you if you have the radio, I have measured the bottom plate from one of my 753A radios to be 37,2 by 18,4 cm.

The material is thick (approximately 2,5 mm) dark brown cardboard. On the outside there is a layer of aluminium foil on paper.

And a big warning sticker not to loosen certain screws.
