Who can help me to identify the characteristics of this transformer and their applications.

I've seen this transformer used in the power supply of a B2X92A/70R radio so looking up a schematic for that model should give you some information.
Your particular example was manufactured in week 29 of 1960. It's very likely this type of transformer was used in various small radio models from around 1959/1960.
