Philips type 208U - Made or assembled in how many countries?

I understand that versions of the first Philetta were manufactured or assembled in various countries. I have found one small photo of this radio but with a NORA logo. I find pictures of a Philips 38U made in Hungary....They were made in France under the Radiola brand I think.

Is there an article or listing of all the factories around the world that produced licensed versions of this first Philetta design?
